Marketing and Sales Coordinator
The marketing and sales coordinator has a cross-functional role to support the company’s marketing efforts and fulfill orders for FireSign™ Dynamic Digital Signage software. This position is a front-line point of contact for Anode prospects and clients. Therefore, an ability to deliver exceptional customer service is required at all times.
Requirements:
- A 4-year college degree with a major in marketing or business administration
- Solid writing and communication skills
- Ability to deliver responsive and high quality customer service
- Willingness to adjust schedule to meet project deadlines
Computer Skills:
- This position requires a thorough understanding of basic computer operation, workstation set-up, Mac and Windows operating systems, file organization, nomenclature, email, and online research
- Proficiency in word processing, in-house scheduling software, date and contact software, spreadsheet software, and presentation software
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
- Maintain all in-house marketing files and assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, sales collateral, digital presentations, and formal proposals
- Coordinate trade show events, webinars, and live demonstrations
- Maintain promotional materials, display equipment, and FireSign™ demo content
- Process invoices and monitor budgets according to marketing plans and internal job tracking requirements
- Coordinate inbound and outbound mail and shipping needs
- Research prospective clients and identify key decision makers
- Plan, write, and edit email newsletters and other online content
- Fulfill new FireSign™ customer orders
- Support reception desk as needed
Working Relationship:
The marketing and sales coordinator reports directly to the marketing manager.
