Williams Family Tradition Interactive Exhibit

Interactive exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

Sharing a Family Tradition

For more than a decade, Anode has supported the work of the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum by integrating digital media into the visitor experience. In 2007, the Country Music Hall of Fame asked us to create a new connection to one of country music’s most influential families—The Williams Family. To create an emotional bond with the family’s heirlooms, we integrated video interviews into the display cases. Visitors now experience a more personal relationship with the artifacts through the stories told by family members.

The Williams Family exhibit also includes large touchscreen displays that allow visitors to page through private family scrapbooks and explore a timeline of the family members’ accomplishments. Given the size and positions of the screens, a proprietary handicapped-accessible menu option lowers all navigation items to the bottom of the screen.
